UH OH PROTECTION
UH OH Protection was a feature that came on the HTC One M9, which meant that no matter how you broke your phone, HTC guaranteed its replacement for completely free. A few of the ways we highlighted this program were to show all the ways in which you could kill your phone, and how easy it was to get a new one, and wrapped it around a few cultural moments (Summertime, July 4th, Jurassic Park, etc.) to make it more relatable to the lifestyles of our audience.
HTC ONE LIFE
HTC released the M9 touting its 20 megapixel camera, BoomSound speakers with Dolby, and sleek new dual-tone steel body but needed a way to speak to consumers who were busy, young, professionals who had a taste for luxury but know how to have fun.
